About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer inquiries and complaints in a Financial/Bank Services environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving service problems, and providing timely solutions to customer queries via various communication channels. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Address customer concerns related to our services, providing the best possible solutions to meet their needs. Escalate complex customer complaints to the Operations Supervisor, ensuring prompt resolution. Maintain accurate and complete information using our communication methods, including email, chat, and social channels. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in a customer service or banking environment. A high school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Excellent problem-solving and probing skills, with the ability to handle escalated situations and disputes. Fluency in both English and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment. Knowledge of customer service software and technology. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
