Job Description: The Salesforce Solution Architect acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with product/business goals and strategies. This role focuses on designing end-to-end solutions, leveraging Salesforce capabilities, and optimizing business processes. The Solution Architect provides thought leadership, drives best practices, and ensures project success by delivering functional and scalable Salesforce solutions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Engage with product/business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflow and processes, and identify challenges. Design Salesforce solutions that meet business needs while adhering to Salesforce best practices and scalability considerations. Create detailed solution designs, including system architecture diagrams, data flow models, and process workflows. Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical execution. Lead discovery workshops and document use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Provide guidance on Salesforce configurations, declarative development, and customizations. Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with third-party systems and enterprise platforms. Conduct solution reviews and ensure quality assurance in the usability phase of product development. Stay informed on Salesforce releases and new features, advising stakeholders on their potential impact and value. Support change management and user training efforts for new Salesforce capability implementations. Requirements & Skills: 6+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation. Proven experience delivering scalable and effective Salesforce solutions across various business domains. Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience and Tableau/CRM Analytics). Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein Discovery, Salesforce Copilot, and Agent Force. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative tools, and customization options. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. Expertise in business process mapping and optimization. Familiarity with data migration, security models, and integration patterns. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Solution Architect (preferred). Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator (required). Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (beneficial).
