Key Responsibilities: As a Roofing Foreman at Bartlett Roofing, you will be responsible for: Supervising a team of skilled craftsmen to ensure that roofing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Coordinating with the scheduler, management team, and crew to ensure that materials and equipment are available as needed. Conducting midpoint inspections to document the crew's tear-off and installation process. Picking up materials from suppliers when necessary and ensuring that the company truck is kept clean and organized. Resolving issues with customers and crews as needed, and working with managers and administration to resolve major issues. Traveling to warranty and repair jobs as necessary to inspect issues firsthand and report back to leadership. Working directly with team members and leadership to ensure that returns, materials, labor, and other resources are properly accounted for. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful as a Roofing Foreman at Bartlett Roofing, you will need: Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in roofing, with a focus on asphalt/shingle roofing. 1-2 years of experience in construction, including minor fascia work, aluminum soffit repairs, siding work, and other related tasks. Physical ability to lift a ladder and work on roofs. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR check. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in roofing and construction. Experience with commercial roofing projects. Certifications in roofing or construction, such as OSHA or manufacturer-specific training. Skills and Competencies: To succeed as a Roofing Foreman at Bartlett Roofing, you will need: Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to problem-solve and think critically. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
