Conduct regular audits and reviews of research activities to identify any potential compliance issues and address them in a timely manner. Collaborate with various departments and committees to ensure research activities are in compliance with all applicable regulations. Serve as a resource for researchers to address any questions or concerns related to research compliance. Assist in the development and submission of regulatory documents and reports to governing bodies. Investigate and report any potential research misconduct or non-compliance incidents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research compliance activities and documentation. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and advancements in research compliance. Continuously evaluate and improve the university's research compliance program to ensure it meets the highest standards. Foster a culture of ethical and responsible research practices throughout the university community. Collaborate with other research compliance specialists and professionals to share best practices and promote consistency across the institution. Represent the university at conferences and events related to research compliance. Adhere to confidentiality and data protection guidelines in all research compliance activities.
