It provides a collaborative and high-impact environment, working closely with regional marketing teams, sales, and growth operations. You’ll have the ability to shape how enriched data and personalized workflows support full-funnel campaigns across multiple regions, with direct influence on delivering faster, smarter sales cycles through automation, personalization, and intelligent lead segmentation. What you bring Several years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or demand generation. Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks and a passion for building scalable, intelligent systems. Fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Openprise, and enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Clay, etc. Solid knowledge of API integrations, data flow architecture, and anti-spam best practices. Strong background in lead routing, deliverability, and multi-inbox infrastructure. A highly autonomous mindset, with a bias for action and optimization. Collaborative nature and experience partnering with campaign and regional teams to drive impact. Writes and speaks fluent English. Other languages are a plus. Experience working remotely is not required but is considered a plus. Key Responsibilities Design and operate scalable, automated outreach systems using tools like Clay, internal data sources, and APIs. Integrate data from platforms like LinkedIn Insights, Yelp API, and ZoomInfo to create enriched lead personas. Enable upstream personalization using custom objects in Salesforce and Clay workflows. Build personalized lead flows and assets that power regional and lifecycle campaigns. Build multi-inbox routing workflows to ensure optimal deliverability. Implement automated systems for lead validation, fallback generation, and equitable distribution (e.g., round-robin). Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to support inbound and outbound campaign plays, ABM, and event follow-ups. Sync campaign performance, enriched data, and workflows across CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach). Recommendation Engine & Smart Alerts Develop a real-time intent framework using tools like 6sense to notify sales teams of high-potential leads. Create CRM or Slack-based smart alerts and scoring logic to surface next-best-action insights.
