Requirements
Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and development teams to understand project requirements and user needs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs
Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards
Provide design support during the development phase to ensure the final product matches the design specifications
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience of our products
