Maintain precise records of client interactions through advanced video communication tools.
Required Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with a sound foundation in tax law and preparation.
Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing client experiences.
Proficient in engaging clients via video and audio communication platforms in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualifications
