Key Responsibilities Make outbound survey phone calls to gather information from respondents Enter data into the computer system accurately and efficiently Submit information and classify calls correctly based on individual responses Maintain a high level of productivity and meet performance standards Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for respondents Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and customer service skills : You must be able to interact with respondents in a professional and courteous manner, handling a range of queries and concerns. Proficient English language skills : English must be your first language, and you should be able to read and communicate fluently. Technical requirements : You will need a reliable laptop/computer with Windows 10 or higher, a stable internet connection, an internal camera/external webcam, and a USB headset. Dedicated workspace : You must have a designated workspace that is free from distractions and background noise. Previous call center experience : A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment is required.
