They are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow new business and expand existing accounts by selling high-value PTC solutions, engaging with customers to understand their challenges and position technology as a strategic solution. Responsibilities • Prospect and generate new opportunities through outbound activity, inbound leads, and marketing campaigns • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and business goals • Position PTC solutions as part of an end-to-end digital thread strategy • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → demo coordination → proposal → close • Work closely with technical and services teams to deliver the right solution • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasts in Salesforce • Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers and prospects • Stay current on PTC products, industry trends, and manufacturing challenges Skills • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (software or technical sales preferred) • Experience selling to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial companies is a plus • Strong communication, discovery, and listening skills • Comfortable prospecting and initiating conversations • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple business terms • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Benefits • Support from experienced sales and technical leadership • Training, mentoring, and clear sales processes • A team-first culture built on integrity, trust, and collaboration • Opportunity to grow your career as the company grows Company Overview • 3 HTi is a Platinum PTC Reseller specializing in: Digital Thread, sales and implementation of the full line of PTC software: CAD, PLM, ALM.
