Remote Regional Operations Manager - Implementation Partner for Dental Entrepreneurs

We are now looking for a Remote Regional Operations Manager - Implementation Partner to join our team and help us bring about transformative change to dentists' lives and their businesses. About the Role As an Implementation Partner (Remote Regional Operations Manager) for our Mastermind Members, you will work alongside our CEO and leadership to set up and create an environment for each member to master the Dental Business Operating System. This will enable them to create alignment and gain traction in their business. Your role is critical in helping each member develop the skills to make imperative business decisions and transition from a dentist to a dental entrepreneur. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our mastermind members by helping them implement the EOS model. Key Responsibilities: Consistently engage with each Mastermind Member assigned to increase their engagement, focus, and help them gain traction Track assigned Mastermind Members' Program Progress in their Notion Dashboard Communicate in the Skool Community at least twice a week, respond to assigned Mastermind Members within 24 hours Attend Bi-Weekly Accountability Partner Team calls and assigned Expert and Training Zoom Calls Develop and update Mastermind resources and documentation as necessary, including recording videos if needed Maintain consistent communication with urgent updates in WhatsApp or Slack, respond within 10 minutes Complete ongoing training as needed to develop skills and processes Identify areas of opportunity and strategize ways to improve the Mastermind Member experience Maintain, update, and ensure all Member activities are entered into the corresponding platforms Familiarize yourself with assigned Mastermind Members' team members to be able to recommend next steps after 6 months Send Weekly Reports of assigned Members every Monday by 12 pm PST Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Dental Operations Manager or Dental General Manager in multi-7-figure or 8-figure offices Experience in creating strategic business plans to ensure the dental business hits its goals and executes the business plan effectively Trained or Certified Coach as an EOS Implementer or similar programs Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changes within each member's business and provide quick solutions that drive impactful results Professional verbal and written communication skills Available for 20+ hours per week, M-F between the hours of 9 am- 6 pm Pacific Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling the operational aspects of the business, including managing Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Patient Experience, Accounts Receivable, and all other aspects of the business Ability to take ownership with minimal supervision and uphold confidentiality Easily build rapport with other entrepreneurs and are dedicated to the success of their business Skills and Competencies Required for Success To excel in this role, you will need: Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with Mastermind Members, team members, and leadership Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze problems and provide quick solutions that drive impactful results Leadership Principles: Experience in implementing change through leadership principles, business strategy, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting People Management: Experience in managing people and teams to achieve business objectives Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes within each member's business and provide quick solutions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits As an Implementation Partner, you will have the opportunity to: Develop your skills and expertise in dental operations management and EOS implementation Work with a community of dental entrepreneurs and help them achieve their business goals Contribute to the growth and success of Passive Income Dentist Enhance your leadership and problem-solving skills Work Environment and Company Culture At Passive Income Dentist, we value: Work/Life Balance: We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule Remote Work: This is a remote contractor opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere Collaborative Culture: We foster a collaborative and supportive culture that encourages growth and learning Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer: Competitive Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Flexible Schedule: 15-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday Conclusion If you are passionate about driving operational success and have the skills necessary to lead a team towards achieving excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
