REMOTE Production Designer (Design Systems)
As a Production Designer, you will support the Design System Team in elevating the quality and craftsmanship of our assets, components, and libraries. You’ll prepare and manage production-ready assets across multiple platforms, perform detailed component quality reviews in Figma, and maintain documentation and style guides for Design Team reference. Your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help streamline design processes and ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables—driving the expansion of the Gestalt Design System, used by all Design Teams. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed quality reviews and optimizations of Figma components and libraries Manage and maintain asset libraries utilized by all Product Design Teams Assist in producing high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and presentations Expand design system token structures to include new components and themes Write and maintain style guides, detailed documentation, and quality standards Skills Proven experience as a production designer or in a similar role Proficiency in Figma Familiarity with design systems and component libraries Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality Excellent communication and collaboration skills Apply tot his job
