The specialist will handle technical questions, system access issues, and general company information requests, escalating when needed. The role requires strong written communication, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities • Respond to inquiries through live chat and messaging systems in a timely manner. • Provide guidance on system access, HR tools, and project information portals. • Document chat interactions and resolutions for tracking purposes. • Escalate technical or project-specific questions to appropriate departments. • Monitor multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. • Assist with FAQs and knowledge base updates to improve self-service resources.
