To strengthen our customer service team, we are looking for a reliable Remote Online Chat Support Representative to assist customers through live chat and online platforms. Position Summary: The Remote Online Chat Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through online chat. This role requires excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly, professional tone while providing timely support and information to clients. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat. • Provide accurate information about pool maintenance services, scheduling, billing, and general pool care. • Assist customers with troubleshooting minor issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department. • Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer requests in the system. • Stay up-to-date on company services, promotions, and policies. • Ensure every interaction delivers a professional and positive customer experience. • Collaborate with office staff and service technicians to resolve customer needs quickly. Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, online chat, or support roles. • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with chat or CRM systems. • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setting. • Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented personality. Preferred Skills: • Experience in service-based industries such as home maintenance, cleaning, or pool care. • Knowledge of pool care terminology or processes. • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
