Requirements
– Active RN license in the state of residence
– Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
– Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Strong problem-solving abilities and clinical judgment
– High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Responsibilities
– Provide telephonic nursing advice and support to patients
– Educate patients on their health conditions, medications, and treatment plans
– Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and specialists
– Document patient interactions and maintain accurate health records
– Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
– Monitor patient progress and follow up as needed
– Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

Educational Qualifications
– Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
– Current, unrestricted RN license
Experience

– Experience with telehealth or remote patient monitoring is a plus
