As a Customer Services Advocate, you'll play a vital role in delivering our company's promise to members and contributing to our continued success. Key Responsibilities Work directly with blithequark members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing an outstanding experience through exceptional service and building trust. Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in various situations, ensuring empathetic resolution and accurate information. Handle customer concerns effectively, utilizing available resources and maintaining records of all interactions and changes. Confidentially handle policy owner information, ensuring compliance and communication standards are met. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Required Experience and Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience. Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies. High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred. Internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload, and the ability to support a VPN. Preferred Qualifications Insurance/call center experience. Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products. Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework.
