[Remote] Manager, Corporate Finance

The Manager of Corporate Finance will play a critical role in shaping the company's future through forecasting and analysis, partnering with executives, and leading financial processes. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's financial narrative. Responsibilities • Serve as the key liaison to operating teams across all areas of the business, building strong cross-functional relationships and ensuring clear communication • Own the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes - partnering closely with Strategic Finance, business partners, and Executive Leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights • Support the month-end close process, including preparation and review of financial packages • Contribute to Investor Relations activities, including developing detailed performance analyses versus external guidance and consensus, preparing investor materials, and maintaining consistency across internal and external communications • Coordinate quarterly earnings preparation and related Q&A, monitoring investor and analyst sentiment,to help shape messaging and ensure alignment with Omada’s financial narrative • Partner with Accounting to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements and related disclosures • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities, and evolving dynamics within the US healthcare system Skills • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field • 7+ years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder across all levels of the organization, who leverages empathy and clarity to deliver results • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Proactive and self-directed; able to prioritize effectively and follow through with minimal oversight • Comfortable driving projects to completion in the face of competing priorities and in partnership with multiple stakeholders • High-growth tech company experience preferred • Familiarity with SEC reporting, Investor Relations, or public-company disclosure requirements • Proven success in cross-functional environments requiring both precision and partnership (e.g., working with Accounting, Strategy, and Operations) • Takes initiative to improve processes and identify efficiency opportunities Benefits • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus • Equity Grants • Remote first work from home culture • Flexible vacation to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones • Generous parental leave • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions) • 401k retirement savings plan • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) • Mental Health Support Solutions • ...and more!
