As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent, you'll: • Support and Strengthen Relationships: Provide prompt, professional, and compassionate support to our policyholders. • Drive Retention and Loyalty: Conduct policy reviews, process documentation, and assist clients with changes or claims. • Proactively Generate Leads: Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities within our existing client base and pass qualified leads to the sales team. • Ensure Communication Excellence: Use phone, email, and virtual tools to maintain clear and timely communication with clients. • Policy Review and Analysis: Evaluate renewals based on client needs and coverage goals.
