They are seeking a Lead UX / Visual Designer to help define the next generation of digital experiences for research scientists and enterprise teams, focusing on creating intuitive and elegant interfaces. Responsibilities • Define user journeys, workflows, and interface patterns that make enterprise systems intuitive and efficient. • Translate research and stakeholder input into clear design concepts, prototypes, and deliverables. • Conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions to explore ideas, align teams, and refine user flows. • Present design rationale and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and confidence. • Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that elevate the brand’s visual identity while enhancing usability. • Ensure consistency with current design standards and contribute to the evolution of shared UX patterns. • Collaborate with other designers to maintain cohesion across a portfolio of digital products and tools. • Partner closely with product management, engineering, and research to align design decisions with user needs and technical feasibility. • Provide thoughtful critique and guidance to peers, fostering a collaborative and high-quality design culture. • Contribute thought leadership by staying informed on evolving design trends, methods, and technologies relevant to enterprise UX. Skills • 8+ years of professional experience in UX and Visual Design for complex web applications or enterprise software. • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, clear problem solving, and refined interface design. • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, along with a solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability testing. • Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and persuasively to a wide range of collaborators. • A collaborative spirit with the ability to influence, mentor, and inspire without formal authority.
