We provide all training, leads, and support needed for success. This is a genuine employment opportunity with our established agency, not a business opportunity or franchise. What You'll Do Daily: • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Review new leads assigned to you, check emails, attend team video call • 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Conduct 4-6 phone consultations with clients interested in insurance • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break • 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Follow up with pending applications, process paperwork, make outbound calls to warm leads • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Update CRM, submit applications to carriers, plan next day Specific Job Duties: • Answer inbound calls from people requesting insurance quotes • Explain differences between insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare Advantage, etc.) • Use our quoting software to generate accurate premium estimates • Complete online applications with clients via screen share • Submit completed applications to insurance carriers • Follow up on pending applications to ensure approval • Maintain client records in our Salesforce CRM system • Meet weekly sales metrics (minimum 10 applications per week) • Attend mandatory Tuesday morning training sessions via Zoom • Respond to client emails within 4 business hours Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma or GED • 1+ years customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality acceptable) • Home office setup: Computer (Windows or Mac), high-speed internet, headset • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions • Available to work minimum 30 hours per week • Must pass background check (we check for financial crimes and fraud) • Must obtain Florida 2-15 insurance license within 60 days of hire (we pay for training and exam) Preferred Qualifications: • Active Florida 2-15 Health & Life insurance license • Previous insurance or financial services experience • Bilingual (Spanish/English) • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM • Medicare knowledge What We Provide: • Weeks 1-4: Paid training at $20/hour (40 hours/week) • Weeks 5-8: Guaranteed $2,500/month base while building pipeline • Month 3+: Commission with $2,000/month draw against commission • Leads: 20-30 warm leads provided weekly (no cold calling) • Technology: CRM access, quoting software, e-application platforms • Training: Initial licensing course plus ongoing product training • Support: Dedicated manager, peer mentors, daily team meetings Compensation Structure: Year 1 Typical Earnings: • Months 1-3: $2,000-2,500/month (training period) • Months 4-6: $3,500-4,500/month • Months 7-12: $4,500-6,500/month • Annual Range: $48,590 - $74,984 Commission Details: • Medicare Advantage: $300-600 per sale • Life Insurance: 50-75% of first year premium • Health Insurance: $150-400 per policy • Renewals: 10-25% ongoing commission • No commission caps Who Should Apply: This position is ideal for: • Licensed insurance agents seeking better support and leads • Customer service professionals wanting career advancement • Teachers, nurses, or social workers transitioning careers • Retirees with strong communication skills • Parents needing flexible work-from-home schedule • Recent graduates starting their career Schedule Options: Choose your preferred schedule: • Option A: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST • Option B: Monday-Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM EST • Option C: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM EST • Part-time: 20-30 hours weekly (flexible) Application Process: • Submit application with resume • Complete 10-minute online assessment • 20-minute phone interview • 45-minute video interview with sales manager • Reference check • Job offer • Background check • Start date scheduling Interview Questions We'll Ask: • Describe a time you explained something complex to a customer • How do you handle rejection in sales situations? • What's your home office setup like? • Why are you interested in insurance sales? • What are your income goals for the next 12 months?
