They are seeking a Customer Service Manager to build and manage relationships with school and district leaders while ensuring the successful implementation of GROW programs. Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with school and district leaders to ensure successful implementation of GROW programs Collaborate with internal teams to support program execution, track deliverables, and monitor key performance indicators Lead onboarding sessions for educators, providing training on program expectations and platform usage Serve as a feedback loop between field teams and internal departments, escalating customer needs appropriately Prepare and deliver regular progress updates and insights to district and site-level stakeholders Skills 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success role within a SaaS company or high-growth B2B environment Strong data-driven decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders Willingness to travel 35%-40% of the time Experience working within the education sector or with educational technology Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, or Notion Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Benefits Comprehensive and competitive compensation package, including health benefits, retirement plan, and stock options Generous paid parental leave and unlimited access to tutoring and educational support for children of employees 4 extra weeks off each year, including statutory holidays and special company days Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
