About the Role: Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support to join our team at blithequark. As a liaison between our organization and our clients, you will provide critical support services, answer questions, and resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Client Needs Assessment: Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction, ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Building Client Relationships: Foster sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open, interactive, and empathetic communication. Accurate Information Provision: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools, ensuring that clients receive the support they need. Sales Targets and Call Handling: Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all interactions. Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and following up to ensure resolution. Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in accordance with our policies and procedures. Communication Procedures: Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring consistency and quality in all client interactions. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven Customer Support Experience: A background in customer support or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of delivering exceptional service. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent phone contact handling skills, active listening, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client groups. CRM Systems and Practices: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to leverage these tools to enhance client relationships and service delivery.
