Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary for effective resolution. Gather item-level data from merchants, ensuring alignment with our internal catalog for consistency and accuracy. Required Skills Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities. Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal. Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly. Extensive experience in data entry and management. A collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team environment.
