Key Responsibilities: • * Inputting data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms with high accuracy. • * Verifying data by comparing it to source documents and making necessary corrections. • * Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations. • * Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested. • * Performing regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Required Skills and Qualifications: • * Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position. • * Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software. • * Excellent typing speed and accuracy. • * Strong attention to detail and confidentiality. • * High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset. • Experience: • * Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles preferred. • Working Hours: • * Part-time, flexible hours.
