**Requirements:**

2. Proficiency in using Mac OS, iOS, and other Apple products.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a bonus.
7. Passionate about technology and customer satisfaction.
**Educational Qualifications:**
A minimum of a high school diploma is required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
**Experience:**
Previous experience in customer service or tech support is highly desirable, especially if related to consumer electronics or technology sectors.
