Job Description:

5. **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. **Problem-Solving:** Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
7. **Availability:** Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Assist customers with flight reservations, ticket changes, and cancellations
3. Resolve customer issues related to baggage claims, flight delays, and cancellations
4. Provide accurate information about Delta’s services, policies, and promotions
5. Document customer interactions and transactions in our customer service system
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
