The Role: Online Chat Specialist As an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative of our customer service excellence, engaging with customers through live chats on our website. Your role is pivotal in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive experience that reflects the blithequark brand values. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a high level of professionalism and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming customer live chats with professionalism and empathy, addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and effective manner. Issue Escalation: Evaluate the nature of customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring that complex problems are handled appropriately. Relationship Building: Create and nurture relationships with new customers to understand their needs better and provide tailored support, enhancing their overall experience with blithequark. Query Resolution: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems with accuracy, conciseness, and appropriateness, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported. Promotion of Services: Promote interest in client products and services where relevant, aligning with the customer's needs and interests. Performance Standards: Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service. Professional Image: Continually portray and project a positive and professional image of blithequark, both in interactions with customers and in internal communications. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of our customer service functions. Flexibility: Assist with overflow work and other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications and Skills: To excel as an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you should possess: A High School Diploma or equivalent, serving as a foundational qualification. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role or industry, where you've developed strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to articulate responses clearly and professionally.
