Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided. • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and gather feedback. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills. • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document communications and generate reports. • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while managing multiple calls in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborate with team members to improve client services and enhance overall customer satisfaction. • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements based on insights gathered during interactions. • Process cash handling transactions accurately when required. Experience • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, particularly in English and other languages. • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, showcasing strong analysis skills to address their needs efficiently. • Experience in sales or client services is a plus, enhancing the ability to promote products effectively.
