[Remote] CRM Specialist - Product Expansion

The CRM Specialist - Product Expansion will be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing CRM campaigns to enhance product adoption and engagement across the company's brands. Responsibilities • Build, launch, and manage CRM campaigns and automated journeys that support new product launches, feature adoption, and ongoing engagement • Execute lifecycle communications across push, email, in-app, and SMS, following best practices for timing, frequency, and relevance • Implement segmentation and targeting logic based on behavioral, transactional, and customer attributes • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to translate lifecycle strategy and briefs into fully executed journeys • Work directly in Braze to configure campaigns, canvases, and journeys using real-time data signals • Use Liquid to support dynamic personalization; basic HTML/CSS skills are a strong advantage • QA all campaigns thoroughly to ensure technical accuracy, correct targeting, and consistent customer experience across markets • Support ongoing CRM hygiene, documentation, and process improvements to ensure smooth execution at scale • Monitor campaign and journey performance against key metrics such as activations, conversions, engagement, and retention • Support A/B testing and experimentation by setting up variants, tracking results, and sharing learnings • Identify performance trends and surface insights and recommendations to the CRM Manager • Continuously iterate on messaging, targeting, and journeys to improve effectiveness over time • Work closely with Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to support CRM needs tied to product initiatives • Act as a reliable execution partner for the CRM Manager, helping bring strategic initiatives to market quickly and effectively • Learn and grow within the role, building deeper expertise in lifecycle marketing, CRM technology, and data-driven optimization Skills • Hands-on experience in a CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation role, ideally within a fast-paced consumer app, fintech, or high-growth digital business • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (Braze or similar) with proven experience building campaigns and automated journeys • Comfort working with customer data, segmentation, and behavioral triggers to deliver relevant, timely communications • A test-and-learn mindset: you're curious about performance, eager to experiment, and motivated by incremental improvement • Ability to work cross-functionally and take feedback on board, translating strategic direction into high-quality execution • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished, error-free customer communications • Build, launch, and manage CRM campaigns and automated journeys that support new product launches, feature adoption, and ongoing engagement • Execute lifecycle communications across push, email, in-app, and SMS, following best practices for timing, frequency, and relevance • Implement segmentation and targeting logic based on behavioral, transactional, and customer attributes • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to translate lifecycle strategy and briefs into fully executed journeys • Work directly in Braze to configure campaigns, canvases, and journeys using real-time data signals • Use Liquid to support dynamic personalization; basic HTML/CSS skills are a strong advantage • QA all campaigns thoroughly to ensure technical accuracy, correct targeting, and consistent customer experience across markets • Support ongoing CRM hygiene, documentation, and process improvements to ensure smooth execution at scale • Monitor campaign and journey performance against key metrics such as activations, conversions, engagement, and retention • Support A/B testing and experimentation by setting up variants, tracking results, and sharing learnings • Identify performance trends and surface insights and recommendations to the CRM Manager • Continuously iterate on messaging, targeting, and journeys to improve effectiveness over time • Work closely with Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to support CRM needs tied to product initiatives • Act as a reliable execution partner for the CRM Manager, helping bring strategic initiatives to market quickly and effectively • Learn and grow within the role, building deeper expertise in lifecycle marketing, CRM technology, and data-driven optimization Benefits • Unlimited annual leave • Great healthcare benefits • Employee discounts Company Overview • Zepz is a global digital cross-border payments platform that enables international money transfers.
