Key Responsibilities
• Deliver expert consultation via phone, assisting clients with their retirement accounts, including transitions related to employment.
• Recommend suitable account options, including 401(k)s and IRAs, tailored to clients' retirement objectives.
• Provide educational insights into retirement planning, helping clients compare various options to enhance their savings strategies.
• Cultivate and reinforce client relationships through outstanding service and individualized support.

Required Skills
• Strong capabilities in sales, relationship management, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products, and the overall retirement plan landscape.
• A growth-oriented mindset focused on achieving collective sales objectives.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in an inside sales capacity.
• Possession of current FINRA licenses or the readiness to acquire FINRA 7 & 63 registrations within designated timelines.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, demonstrating adaptability and quick learning.

Compensation And Benefits
• Competitive base salary range: (52,000 - )64,000.
