Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Nursing, or Public Health
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research
3. Strong understanding of clinical trial phases and protocols
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite and electronic data capture systems (EDC)
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage daily operations of clinical research studies
2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and study protocols
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study activities and participant data
4. Communicate with study participants to schedule appointments and follow-ups
5. Assist with the preparation of regulatory documents and submissions
6. Collect, compile, and analyze study data and prepare reports
7. Collaborate with principal investigators, research staff, and other stakeholders
