CVS Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Cardiac Nurse to join our patient care team. As a Remote Cardiac Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support through telehealth services. You will be tasked with monitoring patients’ cardiac conditions, providing patient education, and collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Our ideal candidate is a registered nurse with specialized training in cardiology. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still making a significant impact on patients’ lives. Requirements
– Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
– Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in cardiac nursing
– BLS and ACLS certifications
– Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
– Perform remote cardiac assessments and monitor patients’ conditions using telehealth tools
– Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients’ needs
– Provide patient education on cardiac health, medication management, and lifestyle changes
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
– Document patient interactions and maintain accurate health records
– Respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns
– Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

Educational Qualifications
– Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
– Current and active RN license in the state of practice
– Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Experience
