The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in keeping our organization running smoothly. This position supports executive leadership with administrative, secretarial, and organizational tasks while helping manage schedules, documents, and internal communication across teams. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and interested in gaining real-world business operations experience. What You’ll Do. • Perform general secretarial and administrative duties • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for leadership and team members • Assist with employee coordination, onboarding documents, and task tracking • Help organize company files, folders, and digital records • Track assignments, deadlines, and follow-ups for interns and contractors • Support meeting preparation, notes, and action items • Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, and reporting • Provide general administrative support across J Legacy brands as needed What You’ll Gain • Hands-on experience supporting a multi-brand company • Direct exposure to business operations, leadership, and management systems • Training in professional communication, organization, and admin workflows • Resume-ready experience and portfolio of real administrative work • Professional mentorship and references for future roles • Insight into how companies are built, structured, and scaled • Academic credit (must be arranged through your college or university). Ideal Candidate • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools • Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks • Interested in business operations, management, or entrepreneurship • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university (preferred) Compensation This internship is offered for college credit or experience only.
