Key Responsibilities Analytics Intake Serve as the primary point of contact for all analytics requests, understanding stakeholders' needs and requirements Collaborate with various teams to gather project specifications, data sources, and objectives for analytics projects Conduct thorough evaluations of incoming requests to determine feasibility, resource requirements, and alignment with strategic goals Prioritize and allocate analytics tasks based on available resources and organizational priorities Ensure seamless documentation and tracking of analytics requests, progress, and outcomes Project Coordination Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for analytics projects, ensuring tasks stay on track Coordinate project-related activities, including data collection, analysis, modeling, and reporting, in collaboration with analytics teams Monitor project milestones and deliverables, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may arise Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, findings, and recommendations Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across divisions to understand their analytics needs and align priorities Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, communicate progress, and gather feedback Address stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and quality resolution Project Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the analytics intake and project coordination processes Develop and implement best practices, standards, and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Continuously monitor the performance of analytics projects, seeking feedback and identifying areas for improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in analytics methodologies Assist with coordinating divisional training sessions and workshops to support continuous skill growth based on most common skill gaps and divisional project needs What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field and 3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data management, or related roles; ideally with project coordination and process development responsibilities Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple tasks concurrently with cross-functional teams Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships across various teams and divisions Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and high-quality deliverables Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with Project Management tools and MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint) Must be performing satisfactorily in current role Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency Is at least 18 years of age and has the authorization to work in the United States What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with airline industry and contact center operations Project Management Certification (PMP) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits As an Analytics Intake and Project Coordinator with Delta, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in project management, analytics, and stakeholder management.
