What You’ll Need to Succeed Calm Under Pressure: Ability to stay focused and composed in high-stress situations. Strong Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computer systems and handling multi-line phone systems. Work Eligibility: Must reside in the U. S. and be legally authorized to work.
