Maintain effective communication with students, families, and team leaders through multiple channels, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
Keep meticulous online activity logs while actively participating in enjoyable and mandatory team meetings.
Required Skills
Proficiency in technology platforms such as Zoom, Exact Path, and Reading Eggs.
Strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field is required.
A valid Michigan teaching certification, or the willingness to obtain it within two months of employment.
Previous experience in virtual teaching and adeptness at managing an online classroom is preferred.
