Job Description This role is REMOTE to any state in the U.S, with the exceptions of Alaska and Vermont The Recovery Collector collects payment on assigned delinquent accounts by reviewing documentation, contacting customers/clients by telephone and/or written correspondence and arranging repayment schedules in order to minimize loss to the organization. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service activities Preferred Skills and Experience Good knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and related laws Strong customer service/relations skills Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to organize and interpret information Good verbal and written communication skills Work Schedule: Monday and Thursday: 12p - 9p Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 8a - 5p Every 3rd Friday: 10a - 2p Every 3rd Saturday: 9a - 1p If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants . The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
