Receptionist Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars • Perform basic clerical tasks, such as data entry and filing Receptionist Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!
