Review tender documentsManage quantity take-off process and prepare Bill of Quantities as requiredOversee project specific teams and lead complex tender bidsSeek best value delivery methodology to gain competitive advantage over competitorsPrepare and coordinate the completion of tender schedules with the Pre Contracts CoordinatorProvide training and support for Junior EstimatorsManage quantity take-off process and ensure compliance (2D and 3D)Liaise with the Commercial Manager regarding Contract Risks. Seek client feedback – tender debriefAttend monthly meetings with the Estimating Manager and Estimating Director to identify department improvements.
