About the Role: A QA Engineer uses manual and automated testing to troubleshoot our software and document a pathway for others to follow. Essential Responsibilities: Manual exploratory testing of web-based software. Troubleshooting web app errors and logs. Writing and maintaining automated Selenium tests. Participating in the software development process including business rule definition and design. Required Skills Experience and Attributes: In-depth browser knowledge including developer tools and inspecting network requests 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience Experience with Selenium and other automation tools Experience with K6 or other performance testing tools Ability to understand complex business rules and construct a test plan for feature validations Ability to find and comprehend edge cases beyond the intended flow of the software Personal Characteristics The best candidates for this position will need to have strong chemistry and a culture fit within RainFocus.
