Property Management Assistant We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant with strong experience using Remote Landlord and QuickBooks. This role supports daily property management operations, including rent tracking, tenant communication, invoice processing, and financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setup. Key Responsibilities: Rent & Tenant Management • Manage rent collections, payment posting, and tenant ledgers in Remote Landlord. • Send rent reminders, follow-up notices, and respond to tenant inquiries. • Assist with lease updates, renewals, and documentation tracking. Accounting & Bookkeeping • Enter bills, expenses, and payments in QuickBooks. • Reconcile accounts, maintain financial reports, and ensure accurate recordkeeping. • Assist in preparing monthly statements for property owners. Administrative Support • Maintain organized digital files and property records. • Support maintenance coordination by logging work orders and communicating with vendors. • Assist with reporting, audits, and general administrative tasks as needed.
