What You’ll Do: The DC Portfolio Operations team is the operational engine responsible for the entire lifecycle of CoreWeave's data centers, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into successful outcomes. About the role: As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the daily execution and coordination of a portfolio of data center operations initiatives. You will drive technology and process improvement projects from start to finish, managing timelines, resources, and communication across multiple teams. Your day-to-day will involve translating strategic goals into actionable workstreams, tracking risks and dependencies, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in project delivery, operations management, or technical program execution. 3+ years of hands-on experience with data center deployment, infrastructure project implementation, or technical project management in a data center environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field. Preferred: Experience with high-performance compute (HPC) and GPU-based technologies. Familiarity with software tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Maximo, AutoCAD Construction Cloud, Procore, Sunbird, or building analytics/AI platforms. Wondering if you’re a good fit? The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
