Project Coordinator (Part Time) - Remote

This is a part-time role requiring 20 hours of commitment per week (4 hours per day during business hours). In this multifaceted role, you'll act as the primary liaison between Association Hero and our association partners. You'll start by coordinating with our technical team to manage multiple career center launches in parallel, prioritizing tasks, and setting appropriate expectations with external stakeholders to ensure each project is executed smoothly and on time. Post-launch, your proactive engagement doesn't end; you'll continue to manage the relationship through quarterly check-ins, assessing evolving needs and objectives. Your role is critical in not only setting the right expectations but also ensuring that our technical team's bandwidth is effectively managed, all supported by your in-depth understanding of our Careerplex software. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing... priorities.

Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between Association Hero and our association partners.
• Coordinate with our development team to manage multiple career center launches simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks within the development team to meet launch deadlines.
• Manage expectations with external stakeholders for smooth and timely project execution.
• Conduct quarterly check-ins with association partners post-launch.
• Assess evolving needs and objectives of partners during ongoing relationship management.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our Careerplex software to offer tailored solutions.
• Commit to continuous learning about the association industry to deeply understand our partners' operations and priorities.
• Serve as the go-to resource for partners by promptly addressing queries and proactively removing roadblocks to ensure a smooth collaboration.
• Develop and maintain documentation and resources for more effective onboarding.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner launches and ongoing engagement.

Requirements
• 2+ Years of project, program, or operations management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Personable, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
• Preferred: Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
