Program Management Specialist, Marketing Process Optimization and Engineering

The role involves working closely with marketing, sales, and IT partners to turn business needs into actionable user stories and analyzing metrics to identify optimization opportunities. RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales Operations, or a related field. Experience with marketing automation tools, Marketo is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with Salesforce; admin experience is a bonus. Experience or interest in AI-powered tools like Conversica is a plus. Dedication to thoroughness and effective execution, with a strong ability to take accountability for outcomes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adjust the level of detail depending on the audience. Data-driven decision-making, including using available data or establishing new processes to capture vital information for informed decisions.
