The opportunity for you
Collaborate with engineers to design and maintain content that supports developer tools for mixed-reality products.
Focus on UX writing and core content design... ensuring intuitive, clear communication within the developer experience.
Develop user journeys and storylines to improve the developer's product interaction.
Absorb and manage key relationships within engineering teams, stepping into cross-functional collaboration spaces.
Apply systems thinking to tackle complex problems and navigate ambiguous environments.
Key success factors
5-7 years of experience in content design, with a strong portfolio of related work.
Prior experience working with engineering or technical teams.
Strong UX writing capabilities, with an emphasis on developer-facing content.
Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
Skilled in storytelling, information sharing, and user journey development.
Experience in systems thinking and understanding product development life cycles.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in consumer-facing products, particularly within the technology or mixed-reality sectors.
Background in designing content for engineering or developer tools.
Familiarity with storytelling techniques for technical products.
Ability to translate technical concepts into easily digestible content for a wide range of users.
