PRN Respiratory Therapist/Registered Nurse
Job Description: • Assist with telemedicine and in-home CPAP and BiPAP setups with patients and their families • Start with one 8 hour shift per week utilizing telehealth and in-home services • Potential to transition into a 3 12 hour full time position based on necessity • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality during telehealth appointments • Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule Requirements: • Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse • 1+ years’ experience in home health experience preferred but not required • Must be able to navigate multiple browser windows and screens • Demonstrates knowledge of Respiratory Care Field and ability to act as a resource for peers and non-clinical staff • Must be highly organized and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time • Must be willing to work remotely via telehealth, in office, or in home environments • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral also required Benefits: • Competitive Pay • Health Plans with FSA or HSA options • Dental and Vision Insurance • Optional Life Insurance • 401K with Company Match • 12 weeks of parental leave for birthing parent/ 4 weeks leave for non-birthing parent(s) • Additional Parental benefits to include fertility stipends, free diapers, breast pump • Paid Holidays • PTO Accrual from day one • Employee Assistance Programs and SO MUCH MORE!!
