This role focuses on meeting legal deadlines, maintaining strict confidentiality, and driving operational excellence in privacy processes. Key Responsibilities: • Process deletion, access, and portability requests within required SLAs. • Follow data privacy policies, security protocols, and workflows. • Provide updates and reports to leadership; maintain confidentiality. • Research and draft responses to complex privacy incidents and complaints. • Track legal/privacy trends and recommend process improvements. Must-Have Skills: • 1+ years in compliance, legal operations, or data privacy. • Working knowledge of global privacy regulations (GDPR, U.S. state laws, etc.). • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proven ability to identify gaps and improve workflows. Industry Experience: Compliance, Legal, Data Privacy, or Regulatory Operations (tech or global consumer-facing environment preferred).
