What might your days look like This position, based in the Philippines, is a growth role within our high-performing ANZ Direct Sales function, which comprises of a team of dynamic Account Executives. Reporting to the Head of Sales (ANZ), We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate our Sales team monthly deals desk, this includes the administration of our RFP tool, accurately completing customer RFPs and security questionnaires. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team to secure new business and progress new business opportunities. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to quickly pivot in response to changes in the business and market. This role requires a high degree of adaptability and agility, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A candidate who can thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment will excel in this position. As a Sales Operations Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for: RFP Management: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of completing customer RFPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and legal, to gather necessary information and ensure comprehensive responses. Ensure all RFP responses are accurate, consistent, and aligned with Employment Hero’s offerings and capabilities. Maintain a repository of frequently used RFP responses and update as needed to reflect current product capabilities and company policies. Security Questionnaires: Administer and complete security questionnaires required by potential and existing customers. Work closely with the IT and security teams to gather and verify information related to Employment Hero’s security practices and protocols. Ensure all security-related documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects current security measures and compliance standards. Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of RFPs and security questionnaires. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or gaps in information. Provide regular updates to the sales team on the status of RFPs and security questionnaires. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all RFP and security questionnaire submissions. Generate reports and metrics on the RFP and security questionnaire process, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure all RFP and Security data resources are stored accurately and are easily accessible for future reference. What you will bring: Professional Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in a pre-sales support, RFP management, or similar administrative role, preferably within the SaaS industry. Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively.Familiarity with RFP and security questionnaire processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.Basic understanding of security standards and practices is desirable.
