Skills Bachelor degree / Master's Degree Analysis/Synthesis/Insight Generation: Preliminary ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and summarize findings Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Preliminary ability to identify problems and support development of potential solutions Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness: Ability to develop/maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues in the Enterprise Pharmacy Team and some beyond Communication Skills: Developing ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual channels Developing ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially in the pharmacy value chain Experience with corporate strategy, growth strategy and product strategy Company Overview Health Care Service Corporation is a customer-owned health insurance company.
