Learn more at breef.com. Breef is hiring a detail-oriented Payments Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an entry-level or early-career position. We are open to full-time and contract candidates. You’ll work closely with our operations team to support the management of receivables and payables, assist with user communications, and help streamline various project management / administrative processes for active projects between clients and agencies. We’re looking for someone with a foundational understanding of Finance or Accounting who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment. You should be highly organized, value clear communication, and enjoy helping others. Your day to day is to… • Process invoices, verify transaction details, schedule and prepare disbursements, and obtain payment authorization • Expertly position and communicate Breef’s payment process to client and agency users • Assist in collecting payments by following up with accounts and supporting users with payment issues / disputes • Support the development of internal payment processing systems and best practices • Manage documentation related to project payments through the Breef Platform • Work closely with the product team to turn user feedback + insights into actionable product features. Support with product development and testing. • Work cross-functionally to support company and product initiatives as required. • Embody the mission and vision of Breef with an understanding of how and why we do what we do.
