The RoleThe successful candidate will work with our growing US team to build, maintain, and optimize partner relationships with some of the biggest airlines in the world, while equipping teams in the Dublin HQ with insightful analyses, comprehensive data-driven reports, and strategic partner updates that drive enhanced business performance. You will deliver regular, detailed reporting and performance updates to US based partners to ensure timely, insightful, and clearly highlights of performance trends and opportunities. Main Accountabilities and Key Tasks: Build and maintain robust partner relationships with some of the largest airlines in the US, including travel to partner locations and industry conferences as required. Leverage comprehensive data analysis and reporting to maximize partner revenue potential by advocating CarTrawler’s best-in-class car rental and insurance integrations. Actively collaborate with our teams from trading to produce detailed data analyses and performance insights that help partners fully understand pricing dynamics, impacts on commission structures, and profitability drivers. Represent partners internally as their advocate, using data-driven insights to facilitate informed decisions and cross-functional collaboration. Anticipate and proactively address partner needs and expectations, understanding their business drivers and motivations. Efficiently triage and resolve partner issues, channelling actionable insights to appropriate internal teams. Successfully use performance data and insights to upsell incremental or enhanced solutions, driving stronger commercial outcomes for existing partners. Attend partner meetings and industry conferences in North America, with 1-2 annual visits. Renewal of partner contracts as and when they arise. Critical Interfaces: Leadership Collective & Extended Leadership Team:Collaborate to deliver on company strategy. Trading:Provide strategic input and ensure effective communication of trading performance to partners. Go-Live Team and Commercial:Ensure smooth onboarding and mitigate risks during handover. Supply and Insurance:Align supply and demand, coordinating partner-specific requests. Product and Technology:Understand offerings and ensure smooth partner integrations. Skills & Experience Required: 4+ years' experience in a commercial partnership role with a strong record of driving and growing revenue-based partnerships at scale with a strong emphasis on data analysis, insights, and reporting. Demonstrated expertise in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex, high-value partnership agreements. Proven ability to drive mutually beneficial outcomes through negotiation and a deep understanding of commercial dynamics. Strong commercial acumen, understanding of financial indicators and contractual knowledge. Collaborative thinker with a proven ability to co-develop compelling partner value propositions focused on driving shared revenue growth through joint initiatives, rather than solely managing relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset—self-motivated, creative thinker with a willingness to take calculated risks in pursuit of innovative solutions. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (e.g., tech, digital platforms, marketplaces, SaaS, fintech). Ability to independently manage multiple projects, leveraging data insights in a cross-functional, dynamic environment.
